Back up your stamps

By default, your stamps are stored in one of the following locations, depending on your version of Revu:

Revu 21.10 and later:

%AppData%\Bluebeam Software\Revu\21\Stamps

This resolves to:

C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\Bluebeam Software\Revu\21\Stamps

Revu 20:

C:\ProgramData\Bluebeam Software\Bluebeam Revu\20\Stamps

Revu 20 and Revu 21 are separate products, so stamps created or stored in Revu 20 remain in the Revu 20 stamp folder unless they are manually moved or imported.

Navigate to the appropriate location via Windows File Explorer and copy your stamps to a safe location. If your stamps are not found there, they may have been moved. You can find their location in the Revu Preferences menu:

1. Open Revu.
2. Go to Revu > Preferences.
3. On the left, select Admin.
4. Select the Net Config tab.

The Stamps field contains the location of your stamps. Navigate there via Windows File Explorer and copy your stamps to a safe location.

Restore your stamps

To restore your stamps, paste the contents of the Stamps folder back to the location specified in the NetConfig tab.
