The Bluebeam Store provides an overview of all plans that include access to Bluebeam Revu for Windows desktop, Bluebeam on web and mobile, technical support, and Bluebeam University. You can mix and match plans for users with different needs.

In the Bluebeam Store, new users create and manage their own accounts, rather than being automatically added to their company’s account based on email domain. For existing accounts, the purchasing experience prevents unauthorized orders and allows purchases only for users with an Org Admin role.

The Bluebeam Store brings all global features together in one place, giving you a personalized shopping experience. You can select your locale, choose your preferred language, and pay in your local currency. For customers outside the US and Canada, product pages display tax‑inclusive pricing to meet local purchasing requirements.

New and existing users can pay with a credit or debit card, while existing users can also place orders using a purchase order.

With the unified registration and checkout process, you can:

  • See your tax charges before you complete payment

  • Enter billing and shipping details with real-time validation for accuracy

  • Use alternative payment methods in certain markets, such as pay by invoice or SEPA (Europe)

To complete a purchase from the Bluebeam Store, follow these steps:

  1. If you're a current subscription customer, log in here with your Bluebeam ID (BBID). If you don't have a Bluebeam account, create a Bluebeam ID, and then log in before checking out.

  2. Visit the Bluebeam Store.

  3. View the Bluebeam plan options along with their annual pricing and key capabilities.

    • If you're a student or educator, learn more about our free academic plan through the Bluebeam Academic Program page.

    • If you're an Enterprise customer, contact our sales team to discover what we can do for your company.

  4. Select Buy Now to add your selected Bluebeam plan to the cart. You'll be automatically redirected to the cart with your selected product for checkout.

  5. Review your selected product, and, if needed, add additional users to your selection.

    To add additional products, select Continue shopping. You'll be taken to the Store homepage where you can select Buy Now for any additional products.

    You can mix and match plans for users with different needs.

  6. Select Buy Now to go to the checkout page, where you can edit quantities if needed and proceed.

  7. Select your payment method and enter your payment details. Your payment method will be saved and charged for future renewals.

  8. Select the check box to accept the purchase conditions and indicate your acknowledgment for auto-renewal on a yearly basis. If you don't want to auto-revew, you can opt out separately post-purchase.

  9. Select Agree and Subscribe to complete your purchase.
