Renewal invoices are automatically sent via email from billing. Select Pay Online in the invoice to complete your payment via a secure Stripe link. You also have the option to pay by wire transfer or check.
If you can't locate your renewal invoice, contact us at 866-496-2140 and select option 1 or email sales@bluebeam.com for assistance.

Auto-renew your subscription via the Webstore
You can add a credit card to the Webstore, and the pending invoice will be automatically charged for customers in North America only. Customers outside North America can pay directly using the "Pay Online" link in the invoice.
Please avoid purchasing a new subscription as it may result in a disruption of service.

Subscription renewal schedule
If you have a reseller, please contact them directly about your renewal.
If you have an account manager, please contact them directly about your renewal.
If you don't have an account manager or a reseller, your subscription renews automatically on an annual basis and your access continues uninterrupted.

15–30 days before your expiration date, you will receive an email from bluebeam.com titled "Your Bluebeam Subscription Renewal Invoice" with an attached PDF invoice.

If payment is not received, your credit card will be charged on the last day of the old contract.

If payment is not received and the credit card charge fails to process, your contract will be frozen on day 7 after the contract renewal, and you will have non-paid collaborator access only.

Auto-renewal FAQs
Auto-renewal happens at the account level rather than for each individual subscription. If your account is set to auto-renew, all active subscriptions under it will renew together.
Yes. If you have the correct permissions, you can opt out of auto-renewal anytime, and your subscription will end at the next renewal date. You can also opt back in later if you'd like to continue renewing automatically.
If your payment fails, you'll lose access to paid features and your Bluebeam account will have Read-only access.
Org Admins can call Bluebeam Support to make a payment up to 14 days past the expiration date. After 14 days, you'll need to place a new order to continue using Bluebeam.
If auto-renewal isn't turned on, after your subscription expires, you'll lose access to paid features and your Bluebeam account will have Read-only access. If you prefer not to auto-renew, you can renew directly in the Bluebeam Store at your convenience before your subscription expires.
A new order can be placed to reactivate your subscription for another year and you are enrolled in auto-renewal. You have the option to opt out of auto-renewal.
If you pay with a credit or debit card, your subscription is automatically enrolled in auto-renewal with your default saved card.
If you pay by invoice, your subscription will not be enrolled in auto-renewal and you will not be auto-charged.

If auto-renew is turned on, you'll get advance auto-charge reminders and email confirmation with payment receipts.

If you opt out of auto-renew, you'll receive expiration reminders.

If a payment fails, you'll get a charge failure notification sent via email so you can take action before your subscription ends.
