Share Stamps

Applies to:

  • Revu 21
  • Revu 20

Stamps are meant to mimic traditional rubber stamps placed on paper documents. They are static after being placed on a PDF, and can't be edited after they are placed. Stamps can be emailed, stored on a network, or sent to other users like any other file.

Importing Stamps

To add a Stamp to the local Stamps folder:

  • Go to Tools > Stamp > Import Stamp.

To use a Stamp located on a shared network location:

  • Go to Tools > Stamp > Change Stamp Folder.

Exporting Stamps

To export a stamp, go to the Stamps folder in Windows File Explorer. From there, you can email or upload the desired PDF to a shared network drive, or another file sharing system.

By default, your stamps are stored in one of the following locations, depending on your version of Revu:

Revu 21.10 and later:
%AppData%\Bluebeam Software\Revu\21\Stamps

This resolves to:
C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\Bluebeam Software\Revu\21\Stamps

If the AppData folder isn't visible, you'll need to unhide it. In your <Username> folder, select View > ShowHidden items.

Revu 21 version before 21.10 and Revu 20:
C:\ProgramData\Bluebeam Software\Bluebeam Revu\<Version Number>\Stamps
