Track and manage markups using the Markups List
Applies to:
- Revu 21
- Revu 20
The Markups List helps you track and manage all markups on a PDF. It organizes details like author, date, status, and custom data fields, making it easier to review and collaborate.
Access the Markups List
To access the Markups List, select the Markups List icon in bottom left panel. Alternatively, go to Window > Panels >
Markups.
The list appears as a table, showing rows for each markup and customizable columns for details.
Customize columns
To show or hide columns to see the data you need, select Markups List > Columns, and select the columns you want to display. Common columns include Subject, Status, Date, and Comments. You can also create your own custom columns or custom statuses.
To rearrange columns, drag the column headers to the new position.
Filter markups
Filters allow you to focus on specific markups. To turn on filtering, select Filter List in the Markups toolbar.
Use the filter row titled "All" above columns to apply filters. For example, you can filter by specific authors or statuses.
To clear a filter, select a filter that you've already applied or select Clear All.
To learn more about the Filter List and how to create custom filters, see How to manage and review markups with the Filter List.
Sort markups
To sort data by any column, select a column header. Select the header again to switch between ascending and descending order.
When sorting by certain columns (for example, Subject, Page Number, and Page Index), a secondary sort by creation date is automatically applied.
Export markup data
The Markups List Summary allows you to generate a report of all the markups in your drawings. You can save this report as a CSV, XML, or PDF, or print it.
