Problem
When you use

If you encounter either of the following errors, the user could be listed in Org Admin as deactivated and must be reactivated.

There was a problem processing your request.

Error creating new contact, error duplicate record. Contact already exists.
For information about finding and reactivating a deactivated user, see Reactivate a User.
If the user doesn't appear in the list of deactivated users, please contact Technical Support and provide the following:

The name and email address of the person you want to add

The name of the account to which you're trying to add the person
