To reactivate an inactive user, log in to Org Admin and follow these steps:

  1. From the left sidebar menu, select Users.

  2. Select Filter and enable the Show Deactivated Users toggle.

  3. Select Apply.

  4. Find and select the deactivated user you want to reactivate.
  5. Select Reactivate.
  6. Choose the access level for the reactivated user, and select Save.
  7. Choose a plan, and select Save Changes.
Notify the reactivated user that they'll receive an invitation email instructing them to confirm their account information and to reset their password. The user account will not be reactivated until the user takes these steps.

To reactivate multiple users, log in to Org Admin and follow these steps:

  1. From the left sidebar menu, select Users.
  2. Select Filter and enable Show Deactivated Users toggle.

  3. Select Apply.

  4. Select the deactivated user accounts you want to reactivate.

  5. Select Reactivate.
  6. Choose a plan, and select Save Changes.
