Reactivate user | Org Admin

To reactivate an inactive user, log in to Org Admin and follow these steps:

From the left sidebar menu, select Users.

Select Filter and enable the Show Deactivated Users toggle.

Select Apply.
- Find and select the deactivated user you want to reactivate.
- Select Reactivate.
- Choose the access level for the reactivated user, and select Save.
- Choose a plan, and select Save Changes.
To reactivate multiple users, log in to Org Admin and follow these steps:
- From the left sidebar menu, select Users.

Select Filter and enable Show Deactivated Users toggle.

Select Apply.

Select the deactivated user accounts you want to reactivate.
- Select Reactivate.
- Choose a plan, and select Save Changes.
