Explore Bluebeam Max with a free trial
Existing Bluebeam subscribers can evaluate the advanced features of Bluebeam Max with a 15-day trial. Org Admins can initiate the trial directly through Org Admin and receive 10 seats to assign to team members. Learn more about Bluebeam Max.
Start your Bluebeam Max trial

As the Org Admin for your account, log in to Org Admin.

At the top of the Org Admin window, a banner states "Try Bluebeam Max in your org." Select Learn More.

Select Start Trial to begin your 15-day trial.

At the top of the Org Admin window, select Manage.

In the Max Trial Group window, search for and add users to the trial group.

Select Save.
Users added to the trial will have a Max Trial label but keep their existing plan assignments during the trial.
If you're added to the Max trial but aren't seeing Max features in Revu, do one of the following:

In Revu, select your account in the menu bar and sync your plan.

Sign out of Revu and sign back in.
Continue using Bluebeam Max after your trial
Approximately one week before your trial ends, all Org Admins on the account will receive an email specifying the trial's end date. The trial will remain active until that date.
On the trial end date, users in the trial group will lose access to Max features and revert to their previously assigned Bluebeam plans. Org Admins will receive a final email once the Max trial has ended.
To continue using Max features after the trial, follow the instructions in the final email to upgrade to the Bluebeam Max plan, or view our plans here.
