Log in to Org Admin

To get started in Org Admin, follow these steps:

  1. In your web browser, type the Org Admin URL that Closedcorresponds with your region:

  2. Select your server region.

  3. Enter your BBID and password.

Admins will still have access to Org Admin even if their subscriptions expire.

If you're unable to access Org Admin and receive the message Error loading homepage info: Failed to fetch: Body: Forbidden, your account has the No Access role in Org Admin, which doesn't allow access to the portal. One of the following is likely:

  • You purchased only one subscription. No Access is the only available role if you purchased a single subscription.

  • The Org Admin or IT Admin for your organization assigned this role to your account. If you need access to Org Admin, contact the admin for your organization to request it.
