To edit Org Admin access after adding a user, log in to Org Admin and follow these steps:

  1. From the left sidebar menu, select Users.

  2. Under Users, locate and select the user you wish to update.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. In the About tab, select the Org Admin Access level from IT Admin, Org Admin, and/or End User.
    The ability to select and assign the IT Admin access is available only to the IT Admin performing this procedure
  5. Select Save.
After granting end user access to an account, you must also modify its subscription access. Otherwise, the user will have Unpaid Collaborator (read-only) access to Bluebeam solutions.
