The Users page displays a list of your account users. You can search for one or more account users and/or filter them by categories. In addition, you can display a list of deactivated users and search and filter that list for specified deactivated users.

You must be logged in to Org Admin to perform the procedures in this topic.

Search for user accounts

To find a user account, follow these steps:

  1. From the left sidebar menu, select Users.

  2. Under Users, select Filter.
  3. From the list of search options, select the category in which you'd like to filter subscription users:
    • Plan

    • Serial Number

    • User Type

    • Status

    • Server Region

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the dialog and select Apply.

To remove one of more filter categories, deselect the corresponding category, then scroll to the bottom of the dialog and select Apply.

You can't filter by the Last Login column. In addition:

  • For Users, Last Login shows the timestamp of the user’s most recent login to Revu, Studio, and Bluebeam on web and mobile.
  • For Admins, Last Login shows the most recent login to any Bluebeam applications, including Org Admin , Revu, Studio, and Bluebeam on web and mobile.

  • Last Login is updated when Revu, Studio, or Bluebeam on web and mobile is open on a user's device. The value isn't updated if the user closes down one of these products.

You can also search by keyword if you're looking for a particular account user and/or email:

  1. Type your search term in the field next to the filter dropdown list.
  2. Press Enter.

Your search results display under Users.

List and search for deactivated users

On the Users page, you can display a list of deactivated users and filter them by categories.

To display a list of deactivated users, follow these steps:

  1. From the left sidebar menu, select Users.

  2. Under Users, select Filter.
  3. From the Filters dialog turn on the Show Deactivated Users List toggle.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the dialog and select Apply.

If you need to find a specific deactivated user, you can use a keyword search.
