Welcome to Bluebeam Org Admin where account owners manage access for subscription-based Bluebeam solutions. With a paid subscription to Org Admin Pro you'll get additional functionality that allows you to gain control and visibility over your organization's Bluebeam Studio activity. Org Admin Pro provides advanced capabilities for your organizational needs, including the ability to manage access to Studio content, get insights from reports on user activity, configure folder automations to optimize repetitive steps, and integrate with other systems—all available through a simple and intuitive web application. Org Admin allows the following permission levels:
- IT Admin: An IT Admin can enable and manage SSO and SCIM for your organization. In addition, they can manage all users in the organization and domain names associated with it. This permission level allows you to allocate Bluebeam subscription seats, add or deactivate users, assign additional Org Admins and Studio Admins, and manage domain names. The ability to configure SSO and SCIM is only available if your organization qualifies. For more information, see the process overview.
- Org Admin: An Org Admin can manage all users in the organization. This permission level allows you to allocate Bluebeam subscription seats, add or deactivate users, and assign additional Org Admins. If your Bluebeam Plan has a single user account, the account has End User permissions and doesn't qualify for Org Admin permissions.
- Studio Admin (Org Admin Pro): A Studio Admin can manage access to Studio Projects and Studio Sessions and run reports. A Studio Admin can view other details in Org Admin, such as permission groups, but they can't use those features. End User: End users are users in your organization who use products and services. End users don't have access to Org Admin. If you purchased seats to an existing subscription in the Webstore, you are automatically assigned End User permission levels.
