Reallocate subscriptions | Org Admin

If your account includes child accounts, you can transfer available subscriptions to them from your main Bluebeam account.

You must be logged in to Org Admin to perform the procedures in this topic.

To redistribute available subscriptions to an existing subaccount, follow these steps:

1. Select the main parent account with available subscriptions.

2. Go to Account > Subscriptions tab and then select Reallocate Subscriptions.

3. Select the child account that will receive subscriptions.

4. Choose the subscription plan with available seats to transfer.

5. Enter the number of subscriptions to reallocate. The number must be less than or equal to the number of remaining seats.

6. Select Redistribute.

To view subscriptions distributed among your child account(s), follow these steps:

1. Go to Account > Subscriptions tab.

2. Under Subscription Management, select the child account.
3. Select Split Sub Distributions.

To return subscriptions to a parent account, follow these steps:

1. Go to Account > Subscriptions tab.

2. Under Subscription Management, select the child account.

3. Select Return Subscriptions.

4. Enter the number of subscriptions you want to transfer back to the parent account.

5. Select Return Subscriptions.
