When you add new subscription users, invitations are sent out via email for their accounts to be created and activated. If they don't create and activate their accounts and they no longer have access to their invitation email, you can resend the invitation.

To resend an invitation to a user, log in to Org Admin and follow these steps:

  1. From the left sidebar menu, select Users.
  2. Under Users, locate and select the user whose invitation you wish to resend.
  3. Select Resend Invitations.
  4. When prompted to confirm, select Resend Invitations.

Resend multiple invitations

When you add new subscription users, invitations are sent out via email for their accounts to be created and activated. If multiple users don't create and activate their accounts and they no longer have access to their invitation emails, you can resend their invitations. If those users have a status of Expired or Pending, you can resend an invitation to all those users with one action.

To resend multiple invitations, log in to Org Admin and follow these steps:

  1. From the left sidebar menu, select Users.
  2. Under Users, filter your users list and select the users whose invitation you wish to resend.

  3. Select Resend Invitations.

  4. When prompted to confirm, select Resend Invitations.

The Resend Invitations button appears if you select only pending users with or without expired status. The button doesn't appear if you select pending users along with users with other statuses.

If a new user doesn't accept an invitation by creating a Bluebeam ID (BBID) and activate their account, you can use Org Admin to resend the invitation.
