Org Admin Pro FAQ

All organizations with more than two Bluebeam licenses have access to Org Admin, a centralized hub to allocate Bluebeam subscription seats, change subscription packages, manage other admins, and set up single sign-on (SSO) and SCIM.
For organizations looking for more project control and user insights, Org Admin Pro offers organization-wide controls to safeguard who has access to project information, manage permissions, and understand how teams use Bluebeam.

General questions
You can access both Org Admin and Org Admin Pro via app.bluebeam.com/org-admin using a web browser on a computer. Mobile browsers aren't supported.

You don't need Org Admin Pro licenses for external collaborators or internal unpaid collaborators. With Org Admin Pro, you can manage access and block external collaborators.
Current Studio Prime users

Prime Folder Automations is not included in Org Admin Pro.
No. Before using Org Admin Pro, you'll complete a one-time transition that includes decommissioning your current Studio Prime space.
You must purchase Org Admin Pro for all users. There is no option for partial purchases. All users on the account will be used when calculating the cost of Org Admin Pro. This includes users that are part of sub accounts because Org Admin Pro is purchased at the parent account level and is used to manage all active paid plans.
Org Admin Pro uses a different permissions model with three admin roles:

IT Admin: Can manage everything for the organization

Studio Admin: Can manage Studio data for the organization
No, data doesn't automatically transfer from Studio Prime to Org Admin Pro. To activate Org Admin Pro, the contract must be transitioned from Studio Prime to Org Admin Pro.
When Org Admin Pro is activated, all users within your Org Admin space will be considered managed and have their Studio data accessible.
No, a new list of External Collaborators will be generated when Org Admin Pro is activated.
