Document pans unexpectedly when moving the mouse

Problem

The mouse pans the document when it shouldn't.

Solution

There are various causes for this issue. Try the following solutions in this order to resolve:

1. The most common cause for this issue is a wireless mouse with low batteries. Replacing the batteries in your mouse may resolve the issue.
   If you are using a wired mouse, try changing the USB port that it is plugged into.
2. If your wireless mouse is still having issues, plug in a wired mouse, restart your computer, and then re-pair the wireless mouse.
3. If the issue persists, ensure that your mouse and video card drivers are up to date.
