Scale or unit of measurement is incorrect for custom measurements

Problem

The measurements you create are using an incorrect scale or measurement unit.

Cause

The document contains at least one viewport that defines the scale and units of measurement.

Solution

To remove the unwanted viewport, follow these steps:

1. Open the Measurements (Alt+U) panel and expand the Viewports section.
2. From the Viewports list, select the viewport to delete.
3. SelectClear All Viewports.
4. Do one of the following:
   • Select Clear All From Page to delete the highlighted viewport from the current page
   • Select Clear All From Document to remove viewports from the entire document.
