Unable to properly calibrate your drawings

Problem

You're unable to properly calibrate your drawings.

Cause

The document contains at least one Viewport that defines the scale and units of measurement.

Solution

Remove the unwanted viewport:

  1. From the Measurements panel under Viewports, select the viewport to delete.
  2. Select the Clear All Viewports icon.
  3. Select Clear All From Page to delete the highlighted viewport from the current page, or select Clear All From Document to remove viewports from the entire document.
If you're still unable to calibrate your drawings, there may be security settings on the document restricting access.
