Work in Bluebeam Cloud without a subscription

You may encounter situations where you need to work in Bluebeam Cloud without an active subscription. In this article, we'll go over the features and capabilities available to you in Bluebeam Cloud when working without a subscription.
Access Bluebeam Cloud
To get started, sign in to Bluebeam Cloud with your Bluebeam ID (BBID). If you don't have an active Bluebeam plan, you'll be granted "Read-only" permissions by default.
As a Read-only user, you'll be able to do the following:

Work with files from third-party document management systems.

View and download drawings in Studio Projects, but you won't have access to the Markup Editor.

Even without a subscription, you'll still have access to the following set of markup tools in Bluebeam Cloud:

Markup Appearance and Properties
Non-subscribers can use all colors for their markups. Appearance properties such as fonts, font size, line styles, opacity, and shape modification are disabled.
