What's New:

Docusign Integration to Bluebeam on web

You can now send Studio Project files from Bluebeam on web to get signed with Docusign. Use the Docusign editor to place signatures, setup approvers, and receive progress notification. Signed revisions automatically save back to their location in Studio Projects. Docusign and Bluebeam subscriptions are required to use this integration.

My Documents

We’re excited to introduce My Documents in Bluebeam on web! With this release, you can:

• Mark up and edit your personal files.
• Share drawings with others and set permissions for collaborators.
• Set scale and perform accurate measurements directly on your documents.

My Documents is available in all regions. This update gives you greater flexibility, collaboration, and precision all in one place.

Studio Projects Search

Studio Project Search helps you find files, folders, and markups quickly using keywords or natural language. It is available for users in the US server region and supports only US-EN language.

• Find PDF files and content (text and markups) efficiently with the enhanced Studio Project Search feature. Search for keyword matches across all folders and subfolders within a project.
• Use filters to narrow your search by type, created date, or modified date.
• Build queries using natural language and refine your search with available filters.
• Clicking a markup match takes you directly to the exact location in the document where the markup appears (available in Web only, coming soon to Revu 21.8).

Access Studio Projects directly through the Bluebeam Web platform. Key features include:

• Access Studio Projects through a web browser (PDF support only)

• Sort projects by Name, ID, or Date Created

• Check out or check in a file using the lock icon

• Add, remove, or edit markups in the Web Editor

• Update markup statuses with color-coded text

• View and add comments to markups

• View previous versions of your files

• Click on hyperlinks to navigate to other project files

• Download the latest or previous versions of your project files

Import from DMS in Web Sessions

• Create Sessions using files from a DMS provider, including SharePoint/OneDrive, Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, Egnyte

Now available for Bluebeam Cloud users, the new sharing feature from My Workspace provides an easy way to collaborate on the web.

• Users with subscriptions to Bluebeam Plans can initiate collaboration on PDFs, including the ability to set permissions for collaborators.

• Free (Unpaid) collaborators can view shared files.

Custom Disciplines and Scope of Work

• Admins can organize project drawings with custom defined Disciplines.

• Users can organize punch items with custom Scopes of Work.

• We now provide localized project setup and administration experience.

What's New:
Web Team 2.0

• Our updated Team page introduces two tabs: "Users" and "Groups".

• The "Users" tab continues to serve as a tool for team member administration, including the ability to invite users to the project, export a list of users, or modify user access and permissions.
  

• The "Groups" tab introduces a dedicated section for creating and renaming team groups. From this view, Admins can also view and manage all users within a group.

Punch performance improvements
Our Bluebeam Cloud punch performance improvements will enable you to create as many punch items as necessary without having to contend with slow load speeds. In addition, you'll be able to organize columns in a way that best supports your personal preferences and your way of working. Key performance improvements include:

• Faster load speeds to support heavy punch needs

• Multi-select and editing improvements

• Search and filter improvements

Punch reporting improvements
Our new Punch Report PDF service will allow you to generate and receive punch reports of all sizes without confusion or errors. When you visit the punch page and choose Generate Report and As PDF, the new exporting process will include the following enhancements:

• Informs you that a PDF report will be emailed to you as soon as it's complete

• Generates reports of all sizes without errors due to file size or attachment counts

• Includes Groups (if assigned)

• Sends an email to you containing a link to download the report, good for 24 hours

My Workspace
My Workspace provides a personal space within Bluebeam Cloud where you can quickly and privately upload PDFs, and mark them up outside of a Bluebeam Cloud Project. Using My Workspace you can:

• Make a personal note on a drawing or specification.

• Draft comments before you're ready to share them.

• Begin reviewing a document on your personal workstation, and then pick up where you left off working in any web browser.

Bluebeam Cloud - Finish the job anywhere with Bluebeam Cloud, our new suite of web and mobile solutions that seamlessly connect with your documents and tool sets in Revu. You can access your Tool Chest from Revu, mark up Studio project files, or manage punch, RFIs, and submittals on-the-go.

• View your PDF-based documents and drawings in full resolution on web or mobile, giving you visual clarity for every important detail.

• Mark up and collaborate on project files in the Bluebeam Cloud web app using familiar markup tools, including Cloud+.

The Viewer

• With this release, we've made the sheet number available on the Viewer header. In addition, we moved the list of RFIs and punch items to a hamburger menu on the top-right corner of the Viewer.
