Join Via ID on Web
Bluebeam Web now supports joining Studio Sessions and Studio Projects directly by entering a 9 digit ID - allowing users to quickly access any Session they have access to by simply entering or pasting a 9 digit ID. Users can access this feature via a new Join button on the Studio Projects and Studio Sessions landing pages.

Docusign Integration to Bluebeam on web
You can now send Studio Project files from Bluebeam on web to get signed with Docusign. Use the Docusign editor to place signatures, setup approvers, and receive progress notification. Signed revisions automatically save back to their location in Studio Projects. Docusign and Bluebeam subscriptions are required to use this integration.

We’re excited to introduce My Documents in Bluebeam on web! With this release, you can:
- Mark up and edit your personal files.
- Share drawings with others and set permissions for collaborators.
- Set scale and perform accurate measurements directly on your documents.
My Documents is available in all regions. This update gives you greater flexibility, collaboration, and precision all in one place.
Studio Projects Search
Studio Project Search helps you find files, folders, and markups quickly using keywords or natural language. It is available for users in the US server region and supports only US-EN language.
- Find PDF files and content (text and markups) efficiently with the enhanced Studio Project Search feature. Search for keyword matches across all folders and subfolders within a project.
- Use filters to narrow your search by type, created date, or modified date.
- Build queries using natural language and refine your search with available filters.
- Clicking a markup match takes you directly to the exact location in the document where the markup appears (available in Web only, coming soon to Revu 21.8).

Our updated Team page introduces two tabs: "Users" and "Groups".

The "Users" tab continues to serve as a tool for team member administration, including the ability to invite users to the project, export a list of users, or modify user access and permissions.

The "Groups" tab introduces a dedicated section for creating and renaming team groups. From this view, Admins can also view and manage all users within a group.
