Enable Quantity Link

Quantity Link helps you create accurate bid calculations and improve quantity takeoffs by transferring measurement totals from a local PDF to an Excel spreadsheet in real-time.

This feature is only available with a Complete or Max plan. For Revu 20, you must have a Revu eXtreme license.

To enable Quantity Link, follow these steps:

  1. Close Microsoft Excel, if it's open.
  2. Select Start and type Bluebeam Administrator.
  3. Right-click Bluebeam Administrator and select Run as Administrator.
  4. On the Plugins tab, select Microsoft Excel - Quantity Link - Revu 21 (or Revu 20, depending on your version).
  5. Select OK.
