Update Bluebeam ID (BBID) account information

Need to update your BBID email or password?
If you haven't forgotten your BBID login credentials and simply want to change the email or password associated with your account, follow the steps below.
Change your BBID email address
Before you change your existing BBID email address, save any work and sign out of all instances of Revu, Studio, or Bluebeam Cloud to prevent any potential communication errors.
- Go to your Studio server account page:
Select Server Region
- Enter your BBID email address and select Next.
- Re-enter your email address and select Next.
- Enter your BBID password and select Sign In.
- Under Email, select Change.
- Enter a new email address and select Save. You'll receive an email containing a link to validate your new email address.
- Go to your inbox, open the validation email, and select Change My Bluebeam ID.If you didn't receive an email, check your Spam folder or contact your network administrator to ensure emails from do-not-reply@bluebeamops.com are not being blocked.
Change your BBID password
Before you change your BBID password, save any work and sign out of all instances of Revu, Studio, or Bluebeam Cloud to prevent any potential communication errors.
- Go to your Studio server account page:
Select Server Region
- Enter your BBID email address and select Next.
- Re-enter your email address and select Next.
- Enter your current BBID password and select Sign In.
- Under Password, select Change.
- Enter your current password and then set a new password below.
- Select Save.
