Need to update your BBID email or password?

If you haven't forgotten your BBID login credentials and simply want to change the email or password associated with your account, follow the steps below.

Change your BBID email address

To change your existing BBID email address:

  1. Save any work and sign out of all instances of Revu, Studio, and/or Bluebeam Cloud — including instances on other devices. This will prevent any communication errors from occurring.
  2. Go to your Studio server account page: ClosedSelect Server Region
    US Region
    UK Region
    DE Region
    AU Region
    SE Region
  3. Enter your BBID email address and select Next.
  4. Re-enter your email address and select Next. This allows Revu to authenticate your account.
  5. Enter your BBID password and select Sign In.
  6. Under Email, select Change. Enter a new email address and select Save. You'll receive an email containing a link to validate your new email address.
  7. Go to your inbox, open the validation email, and select Change My Bluebeam ID.
If you didn't receive an email, check your Spam folder or contact your network administrator to ensure emails from do-not-reply@bluebeamops.com are not being blocked.

Your BBID email address has been updated and can now be used to access Revu, Studio, and Bluebeam Cloud.
