AutoCAD PDFs default to letter page dimensions

For Revu 21, Bluebeam plugins for CAD software are exclusive to Core and Complete plans. For Revu 20 & below, Bluebeam plugins are exclusive to CAD and eXtreme edition licenses.

Problem

When you create a PDF using the Bluebeam plugin for AutoCAD, the page dimensions are changed to Letter.

Cause

This generally occurs when the selected printer doesn't have a page size that matches the page setup information stored in the DWG file. In AutoCAD, the process of using the Bluebeam plugin is exactly the same as a user changing the page setup information.

Solution

To fix the page setup, revert the page back to its original dimensions after creating the PDF in AutoCAD. To do this, go to Edit > Undo Page Setup.
