Page turns blue when taking a measurement

Problem

Your drawing is highlighted blue when taking a measurement.

Cause

The document contains at least one Viewport that defines the scale and units of measurement.

Solution

Remove the unwanted viewport by following these steps:

  1. Open the Measurements (Alt+U) panel and expand the Viewports section.
  2. In the Viewports list, select the viewport to delete.
  3. SelectClear All Viewports.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • Select Clear All From Page to delete the highlighted viewport from the current page
    • Select Clear All From Document to remove viewports from the entire document.
