Studio Projects lets you collaborate with other users by storing files in a centralized, cloud-based environment.
Tabbed Projects
When you select a Project in the Studio panel, it opens in a new tab showing all files and folders in the project. With tabs, you can have multiple projects open simultaneously and switch between them with a click.
Projects dashboard
The Project dashboard uses an expanded view to display all your project contents clearly. This gives you a complete overview while keeping file and folder names easy to read.
Common actions are available through these accessible buttons:
-
Upload Files
-
Upload Folder
-
New Folder
-
Project Settings
-
Invite (Revu 20, 21)
Sidebar
Folder tree
The sidebar on the left displays the complete folder structure of your project. Use it to quickly navigate to any folder or to understand your location within large projects. Select any folder to view its contents.
Pending
The Pending section shows any offline edits waiting to be uploaded, as well as any conflicts between files.
Thumbnail and List view
Projects displays your files and folders as icons arranged in a grid ( Thumbnail view) by default. While this provides a good overview, you can switch to
List view when you need to filter and sort your files.
List view presents items in a table with detailed information about each file and folder. Hover over any PDF to see a preview. To customize what information appears, right-click the table header to add or remove columns like Checked Out By, File Size, Type, and Date Created. Double-click any column border to automatically resize it.
To sort items, click any column header to toggle between ascending and descending order.
Search
Use the search bar in the middle of the dashboard to find specific files or folders within the current directory.
Split-View
Once your project is open, select the files to open them in a new tab with Split-View. This allows you to view the open file while maintaining access to the Project dashboard.
