Create a Bluebeam ID
Applies to:
- Revu 21
- Revu 20
- Bluebeam on web and mobile
Bluebeam plans allow you to access Revu 21, Studio, and Bluebeam on web and mobile on up to three devices using a single login. Your Bluebeam ID (BBID) is the login you use to access your account. After you create a BBID, you can sign in to all Bluebeam solutions with a single email address and password. You can also sign into Studio using a different BBID from the one you use to sign into Revu.
Create a BBID
You can create a BBID in the following ways.
The email address you enter when you create your account will be your BBID. Studio Session and Project invitations, as well as notifications and alerts, will be sent to this email address.
The password must be between 8 and 32 characters long, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one special character, such as !@#$%^&* .
-
Sign up in Revu. In Revu, select Sign In in the upper right corner, and then select Sign Up.
-
Go to your Studio portal page and select Sign Up:
Select your server region. -
Add a new user in Org Admin. Account administrators can generate a BBID by adding a new user to your account in Org Admin.
-
Sign up for a trial of Bluebeam. Once the trial ends, your BBID will remain active as an unpaid collaborator.
-
Accept a Studio invitation. In the Studio Session or Project email invitation, select Create Account to create a BBID.
-
Begin checkout on the webstore. The email and password set during the checkout process becomes your BBID. Note that you do not have to complete a purchase to create a BBID.
-
Join our Academic Program. Qualifying academic users at high schools, colleges, universities, and registered apprenticeships are invited to apply for an account.
After completing any of these steps, you'll receive a Bluebeam verification email containing a link to validate your new BBID. You can't access Bluebeam products—including Revu, Bluebeam on web and mobile, Bluebeam University, and Bluebeam Community—until you validate your BBID.
