Add a new subscription user | Org Admin

To add individual new users to your account, log in to Org Admin, select the account or child account, and follow these steps:

1. From the left sidebar menu, select Users.
2. To the right of Users, select Add User > Add User.
3. Provide the requested information on the form.
   In addition to setting Org Admin Access (IT Admin, Org Admin, End User, as allowed by your access level), you need to select the appropriate Server Region. By default, users are created in the server region where the account resides. However, if a user belonging to that account wants to use Revu in another server region (regardless of their actual location), you should create that user in the other server region. Doing so triggers an event to move that user's entitlement to the other server region.
   You can also select the Preferred Language for the user. Doing so triggers the invitation email to be sent in the preferred language. Selecting the preferred language does not affect the user's server region.
   
4. After you finish entering the new user's information, select Save.
5. Choose a plan for the new user.
6. Select Save.

The new user appears under the Users tab with a Pending status until their account has been activated via email invitation. New users who already have BBIDs are automatically set to Accepted.

If you encounter either of the following errors, the user could be listed in Org Admin as deactivated and must be reactivated.

• There was a problem processing your request.

• Error creating new contact, error duplicate record. Contact already exists.

If the user doesn't appear in the list of deactivated users, please contact Technical Support and provide the following:

• The name and email address of the person you want to add

• The name of the account to which you're trying to add the person
