Deactivate or downgrade user | Org Admin

Applies to:

  • Revu 21
  • Bluebeam on web and mobile

Deactivated users can't access Bluebeam solutions (Revu 21, Studio, and Bluebeam on web and mobile) if/when they attempt to sign into them. If you'd like to maintain a user's access to collaborate without consuming a subscription seat, you can downgrade them to an Unpaid Collaborator instead of fully deactivating them.

Users should only be deactivated if they are no longer employed at your company.

To deactivate or downgrade a user, log in to Org Admin and follow these steps:

  1. From the left sidebar menu, select Users.
  2. Under Users, select the user you wish to deactivate.
  3. Select Deactivate User.
  4. Select Downgrade or Deactivate.
Selecting Downgrade changes the user's subscription plan to Unpaid Collaborator.

Org Admin also allows you to use the filter feature to downgrade or deactivate multiple users. Deactivated users will remain hidden by default under Users.

To deactivate or downgrade multiple users, log in to Org Admin and follow these steps:

  1. From the left sidebar menu, select Users.
  2. Filter your user list by a specified category and keyword(s) to display and select only the users you want to deactivate.
  3. Select Deactivate.

  4. When prompted, select to either Downgrade or Deactivate the selected users.
