Snapshot
The Snapshot tool copies text and graphics to your clipboard. When you paste a snapshot in Revu, vectors stay editable. When you paste into other applications, you'll get a raster image instead.
- Select Edit >
Snapshot.- If you want to capture just the PDF content without markups, go to Edit > PDF Content > Snapshot Content instead. This works when Include Markups in Snapshots is enabled in Markup Preferences.

Define your capture area using one of these methods:

Click and drag a rectangle around the area

Click points to create a polygon shape

- Select ESC to exit Snapshot mode.

Paste your snapshot using any of these methods:
- Select Edit >
Paste. - Select CTRL+V.
- Right-click and select
Paste. - Select
Paste on the Edit toolbar.
- Select Edit >
When you use Ctrl+V or right-click Paste, the snapshot appears at your mouse cursor position (lower-left corner aligns with the cursor).
You can adjust colors in a snapshot just like you would for a PDF.
To open Color Processing, perform one of the following:
- Right-click the snapshot and select Change Colors.
- Right-click the snapshot, select Properties, then click Change Colors on the Properties tab.
