Batch apply stamp
You can use the Batch Apply Stamp feature in Revu to place the same stamp on multiple PDFs or pages, fast. The stamp appears in the same spot on each page or document. This is handy when you need to mark a set of PDFs or a whole document with a single action.
PDFs don’t need to be open in Revu to add a stamp using this feature. If a PDF is open, Revu applies the stamp but won’t save changes automatically; you’ll need to save manually. If a PDF isn’t open, Revu adds and saves the stamp without opening the file.
The Batch Stamp feature for multiple PDFs is discussed here. There is also a single-PDF version of the Stamp tool.
You can use Batch Apply Stamp on one or more PDFs, a multi-page PDF, or an entire Set.
PDFs don't need to be open in Revu when you run the process. If a document is open in Revu, any changes resulting from the process are made to the document, but the document won't be saved or checked in (if relevant); you must save and check in the document manually. If a document isn't open in Revu, and it isn't checked out/locked by another user, Revu applies and saves the document changes automatically (without opening the document).
