Use Bluebeam on macOS

Though Revu is not supported on Apple Mac devices, Bluebeam provides several ways to use a Mac with Bluebeam and Revu. This article covers three methods to use Bluebeam on macOS: Bluebeam on the web, Bluebeam via Parallels, and the Bluebeam iOS app on macOS.
Use Bluebeam on the web
Bluebeam on the web is a cloud-based application that runs in your browser. It lets you access Studio Sessions and Studio Projects, mark up local files, collaborate in real time, and manage documents all from your browser.
To use Bluebeam on the web, follow these steps:

Open a supported browser on your Mac and go to app.bluebeam.com.

Sign in with your Bluebeam ID (BBID).

From the left sidebar menu, select Studio Projects or Studio Sessions. Any Projects or Sessions you've created or have been invited to will appear on this page.

Locate and double-click a PDF file to open it in the Markup Editor.

Run Revu on a Mac using Parallels
To access the full functionality of Revu on your Mac, you can run Windows using a virtualization tool. Parallels lets you run Windows 11 with ARM support on your Mac, giving you access to the full version of Revu as if you were on a Windows PC.
To use Revu on your Mac with Parallels, follow these steps:

Download and install Parallels on your Mac.

Open Parallels and follow the prompts to install Windows 11 ARM edition.

After you set up Windows, open a browser and download Bluebeam Revu for Windows.

Run the installer.

Open Revu from the Windows Start menu.

Sign in with your BBID.
Use Bluebeam iOS app on your Mac
Apple allows you to download and run Bluebeam on iOS app directly from your Mac. With the Bluebeam app, you can download Studio Projects and Sessions to work offline or open your own PDF files.
To use Bluebeam app on your Mac, follow these steps:

Open the App Store on your Mac.

Search for "Bluebeam" under the iPhone & iPad Apps section.

Download and install "Bluebeam".

Open the app and sign in with your BBID.

At the bottom of the screen, select Studio Projects or Sessions. Any Projects or Sessions you've created or been invited to will appear on this page.

To open a local PDF, open the Finder on your Mac, right-click the file, and select Open With > Bluebeam.
