Windows operating systems compatibility

Microsoft no longer supports Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Vista. As of January 14, 2020, Microsoft has ended support for Windows 7. With this in mind, we're unable to support Revu software running on unsupported versions of Windows. Please refer to our Technical Services Overview for further details. Bluebeam will support your software according to your Support tier, but will not perform extensive troubleshooting.

In order to receive technical support from Bluebeam, your version of Revu must be:

  • Compatible with the OS on your computer
    Please refer to the Compatibility Chart to confirm which versions of Windows are compatible with your version of Revu.
  • Supported by Bluebeam
    Please refer to the Technical Services Support Overview to see if your software is supported.

If you’d like to run Revu on a supported version of Windows, you can purchase the current version online from the Bluebeam Store.
