  • Upload and delete Studio PDFs – Upload new PDFs to Studio Projects or Sessions, or remove files you no longer need directly from the app.

  • Access recent files in the editor – Quickly switch between recently opened files without leaving the editor.

  • Improved file-to-file navigation – Move between files instantly, even across distant folders, without the delay of reloading each location.

  • Access recent files in the editor – When a Project file is part of an active Session, you can open it in the Session editor to collaborate in real time. Files in Sessions are clearly identified, so you know where work is happening.

Bluebeam Web now supports joining Studio Sessions and Studio Projects directly by entering a 9 digit ID - allowing users to quickly access any Session they have access to by simply entering or pasting a 9 digit ID. Users can access this feature via a new Join button on the Studio Projects and Studio Sessions landing pages.
