Reset your BBID password

Applies to:

If you're unable to log into Revu 21, Bluebeam on web and mobile, Org Admin, or Studio because you've forgotten your password, follow the steps below to reset your password:

  1. Go to your account settings page: ClosedSelect Account Settings Region
    US Region
    UK Region
    DE Region
    AU Region
    SE Region
  2. Enter your Bluebeam ID (BBID) email address and select Next.
  3. Select Reset password or validate email at the bottom of the Sign In screen.
  4. In the Reset password or validate email dialog, enter your BBID and select Send email.
  5. Check your Inbox for the "Bluebeam Password Reset" email from do-not-reply@bluebeamops.com and select Reset My Password.
    If the email doesn't appear in your Inbox, please check your spam or junk folder and ensure do-not-reply@bluebeamops.com is on the approved list of senders.
  6. Enter a new password. The password must be between 8 and 32 characters long, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one special character, such as !@#$%^&* .
  7. Select Update Password.

Didn't receive a password reset email?

If you enter an incorrect or invalid BBID email address or password, your login attempt will fail. If you request a password reset with the same email address, an email won't be generated from the server.

If you don't receive a password reset email, verify that you spelled your email address correctly and/or locate your original account verification email to confirm the correct BBID. If you still can't remember the email address you used for your BBID, contact Bluebeam Technical Support for assistance.
