Bluebeam on web and mobile is a suite of web and mobile solutions for AEC collaboration in the field.

To get started, create a Bluebeam ID (BBID) and log in. No installation is required.

Documents

In Documents, you can connect a document management system like Microsoft OneDrive or SharePoint to access and work with your files directly. Any markups you make to a PDF are saved automatically to your original storage location. You can also store, mark up, and share PDFs drawings separately from any Studio Projects or Sessions you've joined through My Documents and Shared With Me.

Studio Sessions and Studio Projects

Access and collaborate on Studio documents through Studio Sessions and Studio Projects in Bluebeam on web and mobile, or work with checked-out Project files at your own pace. All your work syncs automatically, letting you stay connected whether you're in the office or in the field.

Markup Editor

When you open a drawing, you'll enter the Markup Editor where you'll find common markup tools and your Tool Chest.
