Generate a capture summary

A Capture Summary is a PDF summary that produces the Capture Media Addendum available to the PDF and Print summaries as a stand-alone report.

To create a capture summary, follow these steps:

1. On the Markups list toolbar, go to Markups List > Capture > Capture Summary.
2. Set the following options in the Capture Summary dialog, as desired:

   Attach Media as Linked Files: Select to attach images and videos embedded with Capture to the summary report as linked files. Selecting a preview image in the Capture Media Addendum will open the image or video in the device's default viewer.

   Exclude Filtered Markups: Excludes markups that are currently filtered out of the Markups list in the Summary. This allows you to use the Markups list Filters to selectively include or exclude markups from the Summary that you create.

   Set Margins: Select to set the margins of the summary table. A dialog opens that allows you to input the Top, Bottom, Left, and Right margins.

   Title: Enter the name of the summary and/or the summary PDF file.

   Padding: Enter the amount of surrounding context shown around the preview image included in the Markup Summary. Setting a higher value provides more surrounding context.

   Page Size: Select the page size and orientation (Portrait or Landscape) of the PDF output.

3. Select OK.
