Navigation bar
The navigation bar is located between Revu's main workspace and the bottom panel. The navigation bar enables efficient movement between pages and views in the main workspace. The navigation bar is separated into a left, center and right section.
Tools commonly found on this toolbar are described below. The exact tools a user will see depends on their Profile and might not include all the tools mentioned here. For a complete list of tools that can be placed on a toolbar and more information about customizing them, see Tools and toolbars.
Unsplit: Eliminates the current split.
Split Vertical: Engages MultiView and divides the workspace into two vertically oriented splits.
Split Horizontal: Engages MultiView and divides the workspace into two horizontally oriented splits.
One Full Page: Engages a single-page view of the PDF. The mouse wheel will zoom in and out of the page.
Scrolling Pages: Engages a scrolling-pages view of the PDF. The mouse wheel will scroll up and down the pages.
Pan: Drag to pan the image.
Select: Use to select one or more markups.
Zoom Tool: Zooms in; hold CTRL and select to zoom out.
Drag a rectangle to make that area fill the screen.
Select Text : Drag to select text within a region.
Lasso: Draws a free-form shape to select one or more markups.
First Page: Jumps to the first page of the PDF.
Previous Page: Goes to the prior page of the document.
Page Number: Indicates the current location in the PDF.
Next Page: Goes to the next page of the current document.
Last Page: Jumps to the last page of the document.
Previous View: Goes back to the previous view in the main workspace.
Next View: Goes to the next view in the main workspace.
Dark Mode: Applies a dark color scheme to your workspace.
Page Size: Shows the print size of the page.
Page Scale: Shows the page scale for the drawing. If the page scale is not set, "Scale Not Set" will be shown. In either case, clicking this area will start the process to set/reset the scale.
If you change the page scale, for example by recalibrating it, and the scale shown here does not change, the drawing likely has a protected page scale.
Profile: Select to manage profiles. Select the arrow to its right to open the Profiles menu.
Dimmer: Toggles on or off the Dimmer function.
Document Properties: Opens the Document Properties dialog for the active PDF, providing general property information about the document, as well as security settings.
Security: Shows the current Security setting of the PDF and allows you to Change Permissions.
