How to recover deleted Studio Sessions PDFs

In Revu 21, you must have a Core or Complete subscription plan to create or host Studio Sessions.

A Sessions Host can recover deleted Sessions documents from the Studio Portal. To recover PDFs, the Sessions must be active. To reactivate an inactive or finalized Session, see Reactivate a Studio Session. To recover a deleted Studio Project or file, view the Studio FAQs.

Recover deleted Studio Sessions documents

  1. Sign out of Studio.
  2. Go to your Studio portal page: ClosedSelect Studio Portal

    Studio DE
    Studio AU
    Studio SE
  3. Sign in with your Bluebeam ID (BBID).
    Studio Prime users need to switch to Classic Mode before continuing. To do so, select the email address located in the top right corner of the Prime Portal. From the dropdown menu, select Classic Mode.
  4. From My Sessions, select the Sessions containing the document to recover.
  5. On the Documents tab, select the name or Document ID of the PDF of the document to recover. In the Status column, the document will be listed as either Active or Deleted.
  6. Select Recover. The status of the document changes to Active.
  7. Open Revu and sign into Studio.

Your recovered document is now active and appears under Documents in your Sessions.
