Preferences
The Preferences dialog enables customization of Bluebeam Revu settings. This section briefly describes each setting, organized by the section of the preferences dialog that contains it.
To open the Preferences dialog, go to Revu > 
Preferences.
Use the search bar in the Preferences dialog to search for a specific setting. Select an option from the dropdown list to be brought to the Preferences page where that setting is found.
Exporting and importing preferences
Settings may be exported to an XML file so that they can be imported to other workstations within an organization. To develop a standard set of preferences, first configure one workstation with the desired settings, and then follow these steps:
- On the configured workstation, go to Revu > Preferences.
- Select Export.
- Navigate to a local or network drive and save the file.
- To import the settings on another machine, open the Preferences dialog and click Import, then navigate to and select the exported file.
