How to access Studio Sessions for the web
After you sign into Bluebeam Cloud with your Bluebeam ID (BBID), select Studio Sessions on the left sidebar. Any Studio Session you've created or have been invited to will appear on this page. If you don't have an active Session, the option for Studio Sessions won't appear. You may also join a Session through iOS.
How to work in a Session
When you open a Session, you start on the first page of your drawing set. To navigate the files within a Session, select the page label at the top left corner. To navigate the pages within a document, use the navigation bar at the bottom.
You have access to the markup tools currently available in Bluebeam Cloud. Several Revu markups are partially supported or unsupported in Bluebeam Cloud.
To view markup data, set statuses, and reply to markups, select Markups.
Custom statuses are available in Sessions for the web. You or another collaborator must set a custom status in Revu before the custom status becomes available in Bluebeam Cloud.
Best Practices
File Management
Large files may slow performance within Sessions for the web. We recommend limiting the page number and complexity of the files in the Session.
Access Sessions from Revu or Bluebeam Cloud
If you attempt to access a Session from both Revu and Bluebeam Cloud, you’ll be removed from the initial point of access. For example, if you join a Session on the web while already in the Session in Revu, you’ll be removed from the Session in Revu.
