Transfer your license to a new computer

Applies to:

  • Revu 20

The ability to release and reassign seats between computers using our legacy licensing system is being phased out. After the dates listed below, legacy versions will be removed from our support site and will no longer be available for download. If you need a copy for archival, please download it before the date listed below or contact us afterward for a direct download link along with a copy of your original license certificate. After these dates, you'll no longer be able to reassign or transfer legacy licenses between computers.

  • Revu 2015 and earlier: May 12, 2026

  • Revu 2016–2019: June 23, 2026

  • Revu 20: July 31, 2026

Licenses already activated will continue to work on the computers they are installed on. After the dates above, those licenses cannot be transferred to a new or replacement computer. If you replace or upgrade hardware, you'll need a Bluebeam subscription plan to continue using Revu.

For more information, see Bluebeam End of Life (EOL) Support.

You need to have both your serial number and product key ready to complete this process. They can be found on the License Certificate sent to the license owner from registration@bluebeamops.com. If you're unable to find your license information, see Retrieve your Revu product key.

If you're unable to unregister a previous device, please see this article for assistance with releasing your license.
