Studio Preferences
The Studio Preferences contain settings for the appearance and control of Studio Sessions and Projects in Revu. Select Studio from the Preferences dialog to view or modify these preferences.
To open the Preferences dialog, go to Revu > 
Preferences.
Options
Attempt to Check Out Files on Open: When enabled, any Studio Project file that is opened is automatically checked out.
Enable Flashing Effect on Studio Alerts: When enabled, visible flashes accompany Studio events.
Open and save files to Studio from toolbar only: When enabled, the integration to Studio is through the Document Management toolbar only (similar to the setting in File Access Preferences).
Force Proxy Use: When enabled, forces Revu to use the proxy configured on your computer, if there is one. Otherwise, Revu only uses the proxy if it recognizes its configuration as valid.
Close Project Documents with Project Tab: When enabled, Revu automatically closes any open Project documents when the user closes the Project tab.
Open Project documents in Split-View: When enabled, PDFs opened from a Project tab automatically open in a vertical split. Additional PDFs that are opened appear in the same split.
Servers
Current Server: Shows the current Studio server.
Sign In/Sign Out: Select to log into Studio or log out of Studio.
Display Name: Shows the name others see while you are logged into the Studio server shown in Current Server. You need to be logged into the server to see or change the display name.
Notification Preferences: Select to open a WebTab to manage your Studio Notification Preferences.
Offline Access: Creates a PIN that must be entered before Studio documents can be accessed while offline.
Servers list: Shows the current Studio Servers configured on this device.
Add: Select to create a new Studio account.
Remove: Select to remove the selected server.
Edit: Select to edit the selected server.
