When you add a picture to Revu for iPad from your Photo Library, your images appear blank or don’t display correctly.
- Open the iPad Settings app.
- Go to Camera > Formats > Most Compatible
Any images taken with the iPad from this point forward can be attached without issue in the Revu app.
This issue is related to the image format used by Apple devices on iOS 11 and later. When the iPad’s camera format is set to High Efficiency, photos are saved in the .heif format, which is not compatible with Revu. Images already captured in this format cannot be used in Revu without first converting them to a .jpg.
