Supported versions and support tiers

Bluebeam offers two levels of technical support: Core and Legacy, with the greatest depth of support given to our newest products on supported operating systems.

To learn more about products that are approaching or have reached End of Support, please see Bluebeam End of Life (EOL) Support.

Bluebeam is moving Revu from a licensing and maintenance model to a subscription model. For more information, see the Bluebeam Subscription FAQ.

Core Support Products

Core technical support includes troubleshooting assistance and answers to questions about basic workflows and product features via email. Phone support is available if you have a Bluebeam subscription plan or active Maintenance.

Maintenance is an additional annual service purchased with versions Revu 20 & below. The add-on includes direct phone/email access to our experienced technical support staff in addition to free upgrades within the first year of purchase.
