Cameras and photos

Revu supports 360° photos from any camera that meets the following requirements:

  • The camera follows JPG standards.
  • The 360 photo is in JPG format.
  • The 360 photo is spherical and has a 2:1 aspect ratio
  • The photo must have XMP. If you are unsure how to add XMP to your photos, please contact your camera manufacturer.
If you’re using Revu 21, you must have a Core or Complete subscription plan to embed 360° photos. For more information about features and functionality available for each Bluebeam Plan, click here.

Software

Revu also supports 360° photos created with image-stitching software like PTGui.

Display drivers

A display driver supporting OpenGL 3.0 or above is required to display 360° photos.

With the Revu 2017 update, Revu’s Capture tool now supports 360° photos taken with the following cameras, or created with the following software.

Please keep in mind that 360° photos must be JPG files with a 2:1 aspect ratio.

A display driver supporting OpenGL 3.0 or above is required to display 360° photos. Photos may not display when running Windows 10 Anniversary Update with monitors connected using DisplayLink.
