Problem

The following message appears when you use the Microsoft Word plugin to export any Word file to a OneDrive folder:

Word: An unknown error occurred while post-processing the PDF.

Cause

We’ve identified an error that occurs when you attempt to use the Bluebeam plugin from Word to create a PDF directly to a OneDrive folder. We’re currently working towards a fix. In the meantime, we recommend one of the following workarounds.

Solutions

Save outside of OneDrive

1. In Word, save your document outside of the OneDrive folder structure.
2. In the Bluebeam plugin tab, select Create PDF.
3. Select your OneDrive folder.
4. Select Save.

Create PDF outside of OneDrive

1. In the Bluebeam plugin tab, select Create PDF.
2. Choose a folder that is outside of the OneDrive folder structure, and then select Save.
3. Once the file is created, move the PDF to the appropriate OneDrive folder.

Troubleshooting
