Quantity Link helps you create accurate bid calculations and improve quantity takeoffs by transferring measurement totals from a local PDF to an Excel spreadsheet in real-time.
If you have Revu 20 & below, you need Revu eXtreme to enable Quantity Link. In Revu 21, you must have a Complete subscription plan to access this feature.
To enable Quantity Link:
Close Excel, if it’s open.
Select Start and type Bluebeam Administrator.
Right-click on Bluebeam Administrator and select Run as Administrator.
From the Plugins tab, select the check box Microsoft Excel – Quantity Link – Revu 2019.
Click OK.

Problem:
You want to use Revu’s Quantity Link feature, but you don’t see the option when you right-click on a cell in Microsoft Excel.
Microsoft Excel 2010-2016 is required.
Solution:
Quantity Link may not be enabled yet.
Close Excel.
Select Start and type Bluebeam Administrator.
Right-click on Bluebeam Administrator and select Run as Administrator.
In the Plugins tab, check the box for Microsoft Excel – Quantity Link.
Click OK.
Excel must be closed in order for the changes to take effect. If Excel is still open, a dialog will tell you that Excel needs to be closed before continuing. In this case, close Excel, then click Retry and OK to apply the changes.
