Problem
For some users, Revu for iPad crashes or won’t open after being deployed through a mobile device management (MDM) tool, such as Jamf or AirWatch. This is a known issue with Xamarin (a platform for building mobile apps) and MDM deployments on iPadOS 14.2 – 14.3.
Solution
This issue can be resolved by updating to iPadOS 14.4. Additionally, we released Revu for iPad 3.10.2, which includes bug fixes and the improved Studio login functionality that was originally introduced in version 3.10.
