How to update your Bluebeam ID (BBID) account information

Need to update your BBID email or password?

If you want to change the email or password associated with your account, follow the steps for each process below.

How to change your BBID email address

  1. Save any work and sign out of all instances of Revu 21, Bluebeam Cloud, and/or Studio, including instances on other devices. This will prevent any communication errors from occurring.
  2. Go to the Bluebeam services page for your server region:
  3. Enter your BBID email address and select Next.
  4. Reenter your email address, enter your BBID password, and select Sign In.
  5. Under Email, select Change.
  6. Enter a new email address and select Save.
  7. In your Inbox, open the validation email and select Change My Bluebeam ID.
    If you didn’t receive an email, check your Spam folder or contact your network administrator to ensure emails from do-not-reply@bluebeamops.com are not blocked.

How to change your BBID password

  1. Save any work and sign out of all instances of Revu 21, Bluebeam Cloud, and/or Studio, including instances on other devices. This will prevent any communication errors from occurring.
  2. Go to the Bluebeam services page for your server region:
  3. Enter your BBID email address and select Next.
  4. Reenter your email address, enter your current BBID password, and select Sign In.
  5. Under Password, select Change.
  6. Enter your current password, then enter a new password.
  7. Select Save.

You can now use your updated BBID email address and/or password to access Revu 21, Bluebeam Cloud, and Studio.
