Find your Revu product key

Problem

You’re trying to register Revu but are unable to locate your product key.

Solution

Upon purchase of Revu, a License Certificate is emailed to the license owner, which includes a serial number and product key. If you’re the license owner, search your inbox for an email from registration@bluebeamops.com.

If you can’t find the email or are unable to reach your license owner, contact your IT Admin or follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Questions About Licensing and navigate to the bottom of the page.
  2. Select Get in Touch. 
  3. Enter your name and email. 
    The email address given must correspond to an email address listed as a contact for your license.
  4. Under Comments, copy the template below and paste it into the box. Be sure to include your computer name and serial number. Your serial number can be found by going to Revu > About.

    Hi,

    I’d like to request my product key for computer {computer name} under serial number {your serial number here}.

    Thanks! {Your Name}

  5. Your request should look like the image below. After you have filled in the contact form, select Get in Touch.

After submitting your request, you’ll receive an email confirmation providing you with the requested product key.
